General Banquet Information
In order for us to maintain our high standards, we request your menu selection seven days in advance of the event. We also need a guaranteed number of attendees at least 48 hours before the event. You will be charged for this number, and the price will not be available for reduction after the 48 hour deadline.
Pricing
Quoted prices do not include a 20% service charge and 7% sales tax on certain items. Listed prices are subject to change without notice. Events are 4 hours. If you wish to add additional hours there is an additional fee.
Max's requires a $100 deposit to be paid at the time the event is booked. We will retain the deposit if the event is canceled within two weeks of the event. Full payment is required prior to or immediately after the function.
Parking
A metered city parking lot is located at the corner of Foreland and Middle Street. On-street parking is also available with a 2-hour limit.
